2026 Prayer and Fasting

Welcome to our 21 Days of Prayer + Fasting.

If you’re new to fasting, if prayer has felt awkward lately, or if you’re simply hungry for more of God—this is for you. This isn’t about being super spiritual or trying to impress anyone. It’s about creating real room for the Lord to speak, heal, restore, and renew.

Over the next 21 days, we’re choosing to slow down on purpose. Not because God is far away, but because life gets loud. And we want to turn down the noise so we can lean in.

What you’ll find here

We kept everything simple and practical so you can jump in quickly and stay consistent.

1) One combined Prayer + Fasting Guide (all in one place)
Instead of separating everything into a bunch of pages, we put it together in one easy document. Inside you’ll find:

  • A clear, beginner-friendly fasting guide with different fast options (including “give something up,” Daniel Fast, half-day, whole-day, and liquid-only)

  • Safety notes and wisdom points so you can fast in a way that’s Spirit-led and responsible

  • A prayer guide with two simple patterns you can use anytime: P.R.A.Y. and A.C.T.S.

  • A daily rhythm to help you stay steady—morning, midday, and evening prayer

If you’ve ever thought, “I want to do this, I just don’t know how,” start with the guide.

2) Weekly devotionals to walk you through the 21 days
You’ll also find the devotionals for each week—short enough to stay consistent, but meaningful enough to help you go deeper. Think of them as a weekly path to keep your heart focused, your faith encouraged, and your prayers specific.

Why we’re doing this

Because we believe God still meets people.
Because we believe prayer still changes things.
Because we believe fasting still makes room for breakthrough.
And because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply show up—day after day—and say, “Lord, I’m here.”

So take a look through the guide. Pick a fast that fits your season. Choose a prayer pattern. Follow along with the weekly devotionals. Start small if you need to—the goal isn’t perfection, it’s pursuit.

We’re excited to seek God together. Let’s make room for Him.
